A major feature of this year’s Prabhupada Marathon, entitled, Live to Give, is
World Gita Day (aka Gita Jayanti: December 25th).

Traditionally, this is the best day of the year to promote and distribute
Bhagavad-gita; and to help you do this, we will be presenting a Zoom broadcast,
including ISKCON communities from all over the world, engaged in presenting
their appreciations of Bhagavad-gita As It Is in creative ways. The live
broadcast starts on December 24th and culminates on the 25th with a Maha fire
Yajna at Kuruksetra.

World Gita Day is an excellent opportunity to not only bring attention to
Bhagavad-gita As It Is, but also to distribute the Gita to tens of thousands of
people.
