I've been speaking every day on Zoom since March 30th, but only to devotees who have requested an invitation to the Zoom conference. I have not advertised it widely in order to keep the audience to those who want to be there on a regular basis. I give approximately a 30-minute talk mostly related, either directly or indirectly, to the current situation with a lot of reference to chanting and prayer. We then chant japa together for 30 - 45 minutes. My schedule alternates every day in order to facilitate devotees who live in different time zones and either do not understand English or do not understand Russian. On even days of the month, I speak primarily to devotees in East Europe at 7:30 AM Moscow time. Approximately 350 devotees attend daily. The talks are given in English and Russian and are then posted daily on YouTube for those who could not attend. On odd days of the month, I speak primarily to devotees in North America at 7:15 AM Eastern Standard Time. Approximately 200 devotees attend daily. The talks are given only in English, but they are promptly dubbed in Russian and then posted on YouTube for those who either could not attend or who do not understand English. It's been somewhat of challenge to maintain a schedule like this. But it's also been rewarding to receive so much appreciation from devotees for having scheduled things this way. Here are the links to the playlists: English Only: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLj9PXM1oAWrklPRmJAdiiGTACWcH4dQRd English/ Russian: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLj9PXM1oAWrng-6o0R9xZEME_WIKyt8Vi If anyone wants to sign up for the online japa sessions, they need to go to my website: https://niranjanaswami.net They need to first register on the site and then once registered an on the site, they again need to register for an invitation to the japa session located at the top of the home page. Like I said, the access is designed for people who want to attend. I created the attached form. I will be requesting devotees in today's session to submit responses to the form to stimulate future presentations with respect to our japa. YS, Niranjana Swami |
