ISKCON Connection is ISKCON's global membership services program, created by the ISKCON GBC in order to serve ISKCON members worldwide with valuable communications about ISKCON's mission. It is designed to serve both ISKCON's existing members as well as making it easy for new members to get connected from anywhere in the world.

The ISKCON Connection initiative is inspired by Srila Prabhupada's desire to keep all of ISKCON's members connected as one global family. 

Who is an ISKCON member?


The ISKCON Constitution defines the global members of ISKCON as follows:

Whoever subscribes to the following Affirmation Statement shall be accepted as a Global Member of ISKCON: 
“I wish to be counted as part of the spiritual family of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), and I will practically support its mission. I accept the teachings of Lord Krishna as presented by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, Founder-Ācārya of ISKCON. I am grateful to participate in this spiritual movement intended for the upliftment of the entire human society.”

Global Membership in ISKCON is open to all without discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to considerations of race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, or religion.

ISKCON membership is thus three simple things that come from the heart.

One, you want to be part of the family. Two, you're willing to support the mission in whatever way works for you. And three, you accept the teachings of Krishna as presented by Srila Prabhupada.

Your specific level of spiritual practice is not a requirement though all members are encouraged to adopt those practices in their lives 

ISKCON Connection serves the members of ISKCON by

  1. Regularly updating  ISKCON members with enlivening and informative communications; news, events and inspiration from Srila Prabhupada through a weekly email newsletter.
  2. Making it easy for anyone anywhere in the world to join ISKCON and immediately feel a part of the international ISKCON devotional family.
  3. Generating meaningful data on ISKCON's global membership, while keeping all personal data private.

The GBC encourages all the worldwide members of our ISKCON spiritual family to come together under the banner of ISKCON Connection and enjoy enlivening communications and inspiration.
